Items for clients to bring:		Items Detox supplies for our clients:
	Picture identification.	Shampoo Body wash Toothbrush & toothpaste Razors & shaving cream Comb Pajamas Slippers Robe Towels Sheets, blankets, & pillow Meals
	Medical coupon (as appropriate).
	Prescription medications: Must be in original bottle with patient's name and prescription information legible. Opiates or benzodiazepines are not allowed.
	Over-the-counter medications: Must be in new unopened package. No benedryl is allowed.
	Glasses (as appropriate).
	Undergarments (3-5 days supply).
	Socks (approximately 3 days supply).
	Coat (as appropriate).
	Deodorant and other self-care items you require.
Many items are not allowed on the unit. We request that patients adhere to the items listed above.
