INVOLUNTARY COMMITMENT

Evergreen Manor is the county-designated provider for chemical dependency civil commitment assessment.   Individuals must meet criteria for gravely disabled under RCW 70.96A.  Individuals will be treated in a 60-day locked facility in Sedro-Woolley, WA and may be recommitted for another 150 days.  For more information on involuntary commitment, contact the CD ITA Specialist at our Detox facility (425) 258-3255.
