COST OF OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

The cost of outpatient treatment depends on the length and intensity of the program. An outpatient deferred prosecution program will require involvement for at least two years, at an estimated cost of $2,800-$3,800.  Generally, over half the cost of the program is incurred in the first two months when patients complete 72 hours of counseling, so a down payment is required but the remainder can be paid on agreed-upon payments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Health insurance, VISA and Mastercard, Medicaid coupons, and a limited number of public treatment slots make our treatment programs accessible to almost everyone.

Insurance:  Evergreen Manor’s chemical dependence treatment programs are recognized for payment by most health plans.   Our staff will assist with insurance preauthorization, bill insurance directly, and advocate for the patient when there are reimbursement disputes.   A down payment will be required.

Private Payment:  For persons without health insurance, we will arrange payment plans over the first year of treatment.  We give a 10% discount for prepayment of the cost of the anticipated program.   A down payment is required.

Medicaid:   Evergreen Manor accepts most Medicaid coupons.   Some services, such as legal evaluations and court reports, are not covered, and treatment services are limited to 115 hours.

Sliding Scale & ADATSA:  Evergreen Manor receives public support for a limited number of individuals who meet established income levels.  Because public treatment dollars are very limited, persons under this funding track should anticipate waits of up to 7 weeks for assessment and treatment placement.  Legal evaluations, urinalysis testing and court reports are not covered by public funding and will have to be paid by the individual.
